We have over 350 people across the country focusing on installing and supporting equipment sold by us. Every element that impinges on our complaint response time and machine down time is monitored. Our field engineers / technicians are carefully chosen - in terms of quantity and quality - and fully trained to handled the sophisticated electro-mechanical and digital machines marketed by us. Training and re-training is constant. They are backed by central and local stocks of spare parts and consumables. At our Head Office in New Delhi, we have a Central Service Facility to handle any jobs that cannot be tackled by a branch. Our vibrant Technical Solutions group is constantly in touch with our overseas associates to ensure that every problem in the field is solved in the shortest possible time.
